Bees vs Wasps

Grab flower, fly home, don't get stung. Took me four seconds to understand and I carried on playing anyway. Rounds are tiny. You open it to kill two minutes and then look up rather later than that.

Classic shape, this one! Collect, return, survive, and as you climb the levels keep stacking new hazards and spare lives on top, which is how these things ought to escalate. Simple enough to read at a glance, and that matters more than it sounds like it should. One more go energy, the real kind.

Not ambitious, and not pretending it is. Fetch and return with the pressure rising, and it works because the escalation looks designed rather than just spawns arriving faster. Don't come for depth. Do expect the thing to function, and plenty of flashier stuff can't manage that.

You understand it in about three seconds, and then it keeps handing you new things at the right rate. Honeycomb, then extra lives, then some really horrible wasps around level twelve. I got to fifteen and the Executioner finished me off! Intuitive in exactly the way it set out to be.
