Call it a toolkit. Whatever works about it comes from the people you bring into the room, not from anything the design is doing, and on your own there is nothing here to play at all. I can see why you would keep it bookmarked for a party. But as a game you sit down with? No. Nothing underneath is doing any work for you.
You fill the card with what you reckon is coming, then sit back and wait to be right. Really it's an excuse to shout at a screen with other people. That's the main thing!
Bingo's great virtue is that it wants nothing from you. Fill in a card with your predictions, go back to whatever you were doing anyway, and it sits there quietly making that thing a little better. No skill. No pressure, and no losing that stings. Not so much a game you play as one you leave running... which I mean fondly, before anyone takes it the wrong way.
