EXIT ROUTE

A high-pressure strategy game where you race against time, exhaustion, paperwork, and bad luck to secure a future abroad before everything falls apart.

Why I made it

I made this game to capture the pressure of trying to start over in another country. Instead of fighting monsters or chasing fantasy quests, the player is dealing with things that feel much closer to real life: burnout, paperwork, unreliable recruiters, rising costs, and the constant feeling that time is running out. I wanted every week in the game to feel like a meaningful tradeoff, so the tension comes from trying to hold yourself together long enough to create a future somewhere else.
