About Gaussian Splatting FPS
FPS in a real place - a browser game built inside a Gaussian Splat scan.
Why I made it
Scrolling through SuperSplat, I kept seeing spaces that looked like perfect FPS or horror levels — but Gaussian Splats are static and geometry-free. Dropping a player into one means solving collision, dynamic objects, navigation, and rendering compatibility from scratch. I tackled these problems with Cursor and managed to crack most of them.
Making games has been my favourite hobby for years, but I rarely finished anything. AI finally changing that.
