Excellent joke. Also the entire game. Pigeon crime, stated in one line, delivered in roughly a minute, and then you've had it. I'm glad it exists rather than not, and the character in the premise is sharper than most things twice the size. There's no second idea behind the first one, though, so I can't send anybody to an evening built on a punchline.
Bird movement is a better control problem than youre expecting. The drop onto a bagel has to read as a dive and not a walk, and the hover has to stay just annoying enough to be funny. The grabbing loop is simple enough that feel is all there is, and building a game on top of that is brave.
You are a pigeon and you are a menace! Robbing tourists is a good enough loop on its own and the bagel diving is genuinely funny. One joke, stretched roughly as far as it will go. I stopped before it stopped being funny, tho only just.
