Property Rush

How it plays

Property Rush is a live property-trading board game for 2–6 friends. Buy cities, complete countries, build houses and hotels, trade with the table, and bid when someone sends a property to auction. Everyone watches the same board in real time.

Why we made it

We wanted the negotiation of a long board-game night without making every friend install an app or create an account. One person opens a private room, shares a five-character code, and guests join from any phone or computer.

How a game ends

The host can change auctions, turn timers, mortgages, building shortages and other rules. Play until one player remains, or set a round cap and finish on net worth when the group needs a defined stopping point.
