Multiplayer only is a hard bet at this size. Browser melee is nothing without bodies on the server, and when it's quiet you are a person standing in a field holding a sword. Add how brutal hit registration is to tune at close range, and no, I can't recommend it. The idea deserves a better answer than the one I'm giving it.
How many people even attempt melee netcode? One of the hardest things going to get right, so respect for swinging at it at all. If the comparison it invites holds, I want committed swings with real recovery rather than click spam, and none of it matters unless a hit reads as a hit on both screens. Dance music under sword fighting is a stupid combination and I suspect it works.
Chivalry in a browser with a rave soundtrack is a great sentence. In practice i found two other people online, and the swordplay isn't deep enough to sustain a duel. Mostly the pair of you swing until somebody connects. The music is excellent, no argument there. The fighting needs more than one read to it.
