About Silent Depth
A short-run submarine extraction roguelite with passive sonar, periscope targeting, procedural convoy routes, escort pursuit, and one-hit tension.
Why I made it
I was inspired by the unique tension of submarine warfare: you are powerful, but almost blind. The moment you surface or raise the periscope, you gain information, but you also become easier to detect.
I wanted to build a compact extraction roguelite around that tradeoff. Each run asks the player to search for a convoy, line up a torpedo attack, then disappear before escorts can lock onto their position. The fantasy is not just “sink the ship”; it is surviving the pressure that comes after the shot.
